A problem developed with the brakes sticking on. Have recently installed n=
ew ceramic brake pads. It was a tight fit with the added felt type backing?=
I used the metal shims also? The rubber diaphragm in the brake booster(Lo=
ckheed)was also replaced. It was torn and leaked. Used Lucas brand Dot 4 f=
luid. System is well bled. Stopping is very good.

The calipers were rebuilt with stainless pistons and all rubber hoses and=
some steel lines were replaced. New rear wheel cylinders. This was done in=
 2002.

New pads have about 7-800 miles. Break in as per instructions. Drove to E=
nclave and noticed the sticking when in stop and go traffic on a very hot d=
ay. Temp gauge reached 212 at times. This is when the problem starts, in tr=
affic, gauge temps over 190, very hard pedal develops.

Noticed after these runs both front wire wheels are very hot to the touch.=
 Back wheels normal.

No sticking in cool ambient temps and gauge reads normally 180-190.

Thanks for the wisdom=E2=80=A6=E2=80=A6..
