Further to my previous post I may have more information.
I have come across, in my "DO NOT USE" box a "cheapo repo" Healey side rod
sold by A H Spares under STG215 and Moss Motors under 667-550. (Don't get
me started !)
This part has weird threads on the rod ends. They are 11.96 mm in diameter
and appear to be 1.5 mm pitch. That's a 12mm fine thread.
