Varsol leak test.
The BN1 gearbox is notorious for leaks, some of which cannot be corrected
without removing and disassembling the gearbox.
After I rebuild one I set it up level on my work bench and add the full
capacity of Varsol. I leave the box overnight then check for leaks the next
day.
If all is good I drain off the Varsol and install the box.
Well worth the effort as I don't enjoy re & reing the box to resolve leaks.
