What car number does your sister have?
According to "The T Type Restoration Handbook", the grill slats were changed
to chrome on the later Mark II's starting at
car number TD/C22613 Dec. 1, 1952). Other than that the headlight buckets
could be chrome.

Headlights, including the bottom plate (the rivits are NOT chrome plated,
which leads me to believe that the condition is original)
Radiator support tubes
Radiator slats
What, specifically, what parts were chrome plated on a Mark II that were
not
chrome plated on a non-Mark II?
