Thanks to all the folks who responded to my sob story about alignment.

I have come to the conclusion that I am 1) Running "too much" negative
camber for street use, 2) Ran a lot of highway miles on the R1s on the
way to/from events in the last couple months, and 3) May have contributed
to the problem by over-rotating the wheel a few times (scraping the
inner tread), but that seems less likeley to make the same amount of
damage on both sides.

I squinted at the geometry of the front end (in my mind) and have
concluded that the camber change came from the lower spring. Since it is
in the "desired range" for autocross (1.5-2.0 degrees) I think I'll keep
it that way. I will rotate the tires front/back more religiously, and
try to change to street tires for during the week (sigh).

The camber change during the computerised test was operator error. The
caster measurement has GOT to be off since I am experiencing
caster-induced effects.
