I am not sure where the sending unit "bulb" is on your MG but do not use
any heat on it to free it up if it doesn't come right out. On my Tr's I
learned to take the thermostat housing off and politely pry the sending
unit out rather than try heating it and ruin the guage. Soak it real well
real long before you start the process. Good luck!
