Thanks to everyone who replied to my message about lower idling and
generators on my '64B.
I've got a buddy who just purchased a '67 B. The engine has been rebuilt but
no documentation was available apparently. He wants to put in Slick 50 when
he changes the oil. I've seen the ads for this stuff and told him I'd check
opinions on the board.
1. Does this product work as advertised?
2. What are the downsides, if any?
3. Would you recommend this in an older engine? Someone once told me that
this is designed for newer engines.
