I was just pondering the other day, since we can't get the RV8's here in
the states, how tough would it be to build one? Certainly there are enough
B's around to act as donor bodies, and I see a lot of Rover V8 engines for
sale (usually with a random car attached) for about $1000, and the V8
conversion is well documented. I even noticed in "MGB Driver" that a guy
named Mike Satur is selling the RV8 style interior kits. The only thing
left is the body styling kit. Anybody know if this is available?
Maybe I'll even attempt this project, after finish my MGB restoration, and
I do my Spitfire/GT6 conversion, and restore that Singer I want, and invent
that new variable valve timed head, and... :-)
