Light weight Whimps!, Dover, N.J. wasn't that wet. There were a couple
of dozen die hards over there today. I did think of not going but when
I turned on weather report this morning they said it was "a driving
rain expected" so I drove. Moss gave all who attended 50% discounts for
their dedication to British Motoring. Just kidding. But the only other
MGB from long island did do the entire, there, trip "top down". It was
something about "principle". Had a nice lunch with a good group of
guys. If I had it to do all over, I wouldn't change a thing. This was
one of those "Separating Men from the Boys" days. Hope all you boys
stayed nice and warm and dry today. It was man and machine vs. forces
of nature, living on the edge stuff. I hope none of you home body, fair
weather girlie boys were sitting to close to the edge of your lazy boys
today. You fall off one of them it 18" STRAIGHT DOWN! Safety Fast,
