My son and I both drive our MG's daily. I also added an original A/C unit
last summer to my "B" (and converted to R-134A) with satisfactory results.
An MG is not a car ,however, you would send you daughter off to college in. I
believe someone just said this the other day on this net. It is a car for
people who like to tinker with their cars. While I do have it in mind that
our '79 Midget may end up being driven by my daughter, I would be very uneasy
to think about her getting stranded somewhere.
