Seat track nuts

Does anyone know where I can get the nuts which are supposed
to be welded to the floor pan (MGB) for attaching the seat tracks?
The two rear ones appear to be welded to two inch strip of steel,
presumably for reenforcement.  The two at the front end which
are hidden by the frame cross member appear to have a slight 
recess cut into them so that they fit into the hole in the 
floor pan.
