     This one is quite easy and has been covered in postings before. 
     
     1. There are 2 flasher units -- one for normal direction indication 
     (left OR right) and another for hazard warning.
     
     2. No flashing on left or right indicates too high resistance in the 
     left or right circuit. This could be: Bad connections, too high 
     resistance in the bulbs (wrong value or just old). Most likely is the 
     connection between the bulb sockets and the bubs themselves, but also 
     check the connectors onto the flasher unit on the firewall (even if it 
     is common to both left and right flashers, the problem may be slightly 
     high resistance in one circuit COMBINED with high rsistance in the 
     common parts of the circuit).
     
     3. Hazard warning flasher is more sophisticated than the direction 
     flasher and hence will flash even if the circuit resistance is high. 
     
     Finally, remember that you are not looking for something that is 
     broken, but probably just a dirty connection!
