First question I would ask is - WHY ?
What is the problem that you are trying to solve ?
What is wrong with your current brake system, that you are
comtemplating going to rear disks ?

I have found that the standard MGB brakes are exceptionally good when
working properly. The brake pedal has excellent feel and therefore
easy to modulate. The disk/drums are large enough to to cope with the
weight/speed of the MGB.
