> '73 mgbSounds like you reinstalled the distributo 180 degrees off.  This can 
happen when the innards turn while the dist is out of the car.  When you 
put it back it then become necessary to turn the outside to match.  
Suggest you pull the dist out again and turn the dog gear at the bottom 
180 degrees before putting it back in.  That should set you 
straight.....I think.
