I don't know if a TD is that much different from a B, but when I replaced
the worn rocker arm shaft, I had to replace the bushes in the rockers and
get them machined to the shaft.  Once you have the shaft off, you will
probably find wear, too.  In any case, the new rocker may need to be
machined to the rocker shaft.
