One more Moss story.
In Feb I ordered about $500 worth of suspension brakes etc parts for the
Midget. (I priced from Moss and VB and ordered whatever from the lowest).
In April, when I got around to assembling the A arms on the front with
the 8 bushings, I went to the bag and found 7. I had checked to see that
they were there when I received the order, but had not counted them. I
called Moss and told them of my dilemma. The salesman said I should have
counted. (duh) Because of inventory controls (and I had to order
something else) they had to charge me for the bushing. However, I got
them shipped for free. $2.95 for the bushing, about $6 for shipping. I
was happy.
I concur with most people Steve, Try to take your complaint back and up
the "chain of command". I expect you will get satisfaction.
