It is, but worth it!

If you have little or no welding experience, take out the pans and let a
pro do your welds.

The body should stay in alignment as long as your inner rockers are
intact.  My experience is that the inners tend to rot toward the front
inside the footwell, disguised behind the sill mats.  You can wedge a
2X4 inside the door openings at the top to insure that the car doesn't
sag, but this is unlikely anyway.

Unfortunately, NO I have never seen one for floorpans, I have looked
'til I'm blue.

No, and I know better.  This is a structural job an IMHO better left for
a professional body man
