CRMCRKR = "Cream Cracker"?

I'm usually pretty good with deciphering vanity plates, but yours has
me stumped. I've been getting a lot of practice since I moved to
Virginia. For some reason, at least 20-30% of the license plate seem
to be vanity plates. I think its because the vanity plates only cost
a few dollars more than regular plates. I see a lot of pretty stupid
ones that were obviously thought up while standing in the DMV line
when the owner realized that for ten bucks more, he/she could have a
personalized plate. I should start writing down the funner ones I
see.
