If you mean the plastic rockers like on my 73 and 75 they have a lug at each
corner
behind the dash to hold them in. I remove the fresh air vents, reach in, pinch
the
top two (or the bottom) and tilt the switch forward. Then grip the top of the
switch
with my fingernails of the other hand from the front to keep it tilted forward
while
I move the first hand to pinch the other two lugs.
