Paul supplied good info which is correct for non-US models. If your 69
MGB is a US model and has the standard distributor supplied with the
car, the total centrifugal advance is 30 crankshaft degrees, not 20.
I keep meaning to bring my workshop manual up from the garage and
provide the advance curve, but OFs have a short attention
span.....anyhow, if your car is a US model, pls advise and I'll post the
curve data.
