Mike,
Moss does have them. The part numbers you need are as follows:
LH seat bottom 641-930 (same from '69-'72)
RH seat bottom 641-920 (same from '69-'72)
Seat back cushion RH and LH 641-995 (this is a '69 one-off)
I just got my '69 set, and though they are similar to the original ones, I'd
add about 1/2" of foam to the backs and bottoms to make them snug with the
seat covers.
