There was a chap on this list who had one for sale.... or was it the
brit-cars@autox.team.net list....? Anyway, he wanted $75 or $100 for it. It
was supposedly new. 

We exchanged several messages until I 'finally' understood what it was.
Maybe he'll see your request and contact you....
