Mike,
I drive my '78 1500 Midget to show in the midwest and my speed at 3500 RPM
is about 60 MPH. Even though I don't take it above this too often, at 4500
RPM I'm over 70 MPH.
If your driving at 4500 I hope it's on Interstates or somehere that the
speed limit is 70 MPH or more.
