Mike,
We have a 1975 Midget with a weber and improved exaust and intake
manifolds , we cruise at 65 mph at 4000 rpm. Not sure what the top speed
is, but 80 at 5000 is pretty easy to come by. As others on the list have
stated your car should do much better. Check to see that your throttle
cable is properly hooked up. This could be a simple fix. Good Luck.

Keep the top down and the wheels on the road.
