Why don't you all just take the coil wire off (just takes seconds) and the
rotor from the distributor out (also, just takes seconds), then the car will
definitely not start. And you can fit both of those small parts in your
pocket while you are in the Pub. If the thieves came with those parts,
they were going to the get car anyway.

I'm not sure that anyone needs a 12 gauge shotgun shell or a .44 magnum in
their steering column (or facia) to ward off thieves. Think what your
interior would look like. Not sure a steering wheel "Taser" would do
either. I think that would also make a mess. Incontinence, don't you know.

This is only one step removed from mounting live 12 bore cartridges
in the dashboard or a guillotine in the top frame - i love it, i MUST have
one!!

little. Assuming you were speaking of shotgun ammo, that would be 12 GAUGE
SHELLS.

In the land of too many bloody cars and not enough road, 12 bore is
our term for a shot-gun barrels size. We also have 4/10, 177, 2.2, and lots
of other weird and wonderful, completely inaccurate terms for odd things.

Such as ' leg before wicket', or ' off-side', ( in football).
