We finally hauled the MG out of the carport to get it running again. I
open the hood and am greeted by the toothsome grin of an opossum. He'd
built himself a nest between the master cylinder and the heater blower.
Prodding him with my Lucas hood prop could not persuade him to depart,
so we left the hood open, went shopping and he was gone by the time we
returned.
One other time, we found a litter of kittens.
