Suprisingly, peanut butter (the regular, not the low fat stuff and I
recommend creamy over crunchy) works very well to remove almost all sticky
stuff and then cleans up with soapy water.  Didn't believe it until I tried
it on glass that had stickers on it.  Works great but may not be cheaper.
