Petrol in oilj, pt 2

I pulled the dashpots and with the fuel pump running there is no
evidence of seepage. Is it possible that the jets are the culprit?

Symptoms:      cyl #1 & 3 burning quite rich
                        cyl #2 very wet with fuel/oil?
                        cyl #4 ok

                compression 135# on all cyl
                floats appear to be functioning
                significant amouts of fuel getting in to oil sump
