It will probably work, but remember that diodes differ in that they are
biased (that is, start passing current) at a particular voltage, and that
voltage is probably different between these two diodes. If it's a small
enough difference, it might not matter, but I don't like it. I would sooner
take the board to a real electronics hobby store and see if someone can
give you an exact match for what you've damaged. I also like the junkyard
idea before putting in something that might damage other components. FWIW.
