If you have win95 you have to reboot into Safe Mode. Reboot your PC and
right after the memory check hit the "F8" key several times and wait. It
will come up with a list of options. Choose boot in safe mode with out
networking. You can then change the file. Let me know if you need more.
I will help in any way possible. It also makes a an entry in your
registry. Do you know how to edit the registry?
