Hi everyone as a outside sales rep for a parts store i held many clinics on
retrofits from r12 -r 134a the company's that make the parts & teach the
clinic SAY ITS NOT WORTH COVERTING UNLESS THE COMPRESSOR DIES!!!!!!!!!! Sorry
to shout. R12 will be available for many years is the last estimate i heard
even at 50 -75 bucks a pound how much does a mgb hol 11/2 pounds i would think
at the most. Besides whats the point of owning a convertable with ac it just
dont seam right , i could see having it in a BGT. Just my opinion & .03 cents
