Decent heat (?)

'kay, got my 78 B, very much love it, if a bit cramped for space :)
However, what is sure to be a problem in the coming months is what has been
described as a fairly anemic fan for the heater.  New Hampshire is a bit
chillier than G.B., and I take my heat seriously.  What can be done?  I
don't mind sacrificing a little of the "trueness" of the car in order to
keep warm.
