Give the list a dutch treat.

Nice to see another Dutch (?) guy on this list.
The rattle sound from the right rear part of your B simply is your fuel
pump.
It's normal, although the sound should stop, once your float chambers are
filled.
If not - several causes can be outlined.
>From faulty pump via leaky fuel lines to faulty float chamber needles.

With the clunk, I don't know.
