Yes this is in the Midget. The general consensus is the lube. Second is 
the brushes.Third is the battery. Since I checked the battery (cranking 
at 9+ volts when very cold), I am willing to bet it is the lube and/or 
brushes. So that is where I will start. If it ever gets warm enough to 
pull the damn thing outdoors, or unless I can borrow a garage.
