oooohhhh...wait a minute...!
Granted factory V8's are not my specialty, but I do know enough
about the details of the cars to know the one I saw at MG98 Concours
in Hagerstown MD was real! Three were not, but looked pretty darn close!
Now if only he had been willing to put it on the field.
Two other 'masters' standing around also commented on this car and agreed
it was real.

David Knowles' "MG V8 21 years on" (a 'Clausager' for the V8) confirms that
seven LHD were prepared for the US and passed all tests.  They were all
returned to the UK and, in 1994 at least, had all been traced to owners in
Switzerland (3), Holland(3) and Germany (1).
