You might run the motor with the radiator cap off, if you look at the
coolant flow through the radiator, it should have no bubbles in it, or maybe
only a very few. If the liquid is full of bubbles you could also have a
blown head gasket. This will pressurize the cooling system and cause
foaming, etc.
