Sorry, you're way off... in the high two-teens in the Bay Area. I just
paid 2.29 for Premium on Tuesday. Not that this compares to Europe, but
the 50-60 cent spread across the US isn't taxes, or cost of production,
it's just collusion among the oil companies in high-demand areas.
