It would be easy to just repack the seat cushions. Just pull the seat out of
the car and remove the seat back bolts. THen remove the clips holding the
cover on. Keep these, you will need them.
Next pull off the seat foam and find your self a fabric store that sells
stiff foam. Find a piece that is stiffer and thicker than your current one
and shape it with hot knife or sharp scissors.
Glue this to the seat diaphragm (a new one will make things stiffer) and
reassemble.
