What do you plan to do with the car???  The twin carbs and disabling (this is 
illegal though) the smog stuff both help out with power.  As far as exhaust, 
you may get a little improvement, but not much.
The stock (early for twin carbs) MGB system is very good, and if anything, I'd 
just put in stainless for rust protection.  Now, if you are hopping up the 
engine, and need better exhaust flow, that is one
thing, but for close to stock you would be wasting your money.
