Rocker/sill pics and ?

Slowly but surely I'm stripping my B down. I'm on the fence about replacing
the rockers and inner sills. There's some rust on both ends, due in large
part to the DPO apparently frequent trips on the beach. I have a body guy
that took a look before I cut it open, and he says to just fix the damage,
and I'd be OK with it as long as it takes care of the problem. Take a look
at the pics of the rocker and sill and tell me what you'd do.
