Yo Rick,

  I had a prob with the front carb leaning out, too.  Turned out that
there was a tiny bit of the old jet-tube seal wedged in the hole that
the jet-tube fitting screws into.  I also removed the jet and blew some
air through it just to make sure it was cleared out.  Been peachy ever
since. ;^)
