Weber 32/36 DGV vs. 32/36 DGAV or DGEV

see both intermixed. Are they the same? Does it have to do with automatic

Jim,
        DGV manual choke. DGAV water choke (A=agua)  E electric choke.  (water 
and 
electric housings can interchange, so the letters on the base of the carb 
become inaccurate)
