There is a cutoff at 25 years, older than that there are no import
restrictions, but there still may be state licensing restrictions which
must be met.
Follow the non-Canadian link and there is a list of Registered Importers,
some in CA. A quick call to one would likely answer your questions without
trying to interpret the online info.
