The surrey top was a weather option (just like a removable hardtop), not a
body style though, so it may not fit Bill's intentions here.  To answer your
question, yes the surrey topped TR4s are worth considerably more than those
without, upwards of $2000-3500 more.  A complete used surrey top setup just
sold on eBay a few weeks ago for $2600, and the purchaser still would have
to paint it to match whatever colour his TR4 is.
