  First off track down a copy of Peter Burgess's book on Power tuning the
MGB engine.

I have this book, but I don't recall seeing much info regarding the
crossflow head in there... I'll have to check again...

 The other good thing you could do is call the guys at Brit-Tek. They are
famous for working with you on what you should have. They have famous
customer service.
