I agree with Max 100%. Two years and @ 16000 miles ago I bought a set of 60
spokes with Dunlop SP20's mounted & balanced. They looked and ran great at
first. Some of the paint began flaking after the first year, then they
began to act up last fall, and this spring a rear tire "developed" a slow
leak (no foreign objects in tire).
I love the look of wires, but I love the look of my new knock-on Minilites
too. About the same price as the wheel/tyre set of wires. I think it will
be worth it in the long run.
