I've used a furniture dolly, the kind with 4 casters and a square wooden
frame. The pan fits nicely in the dolly and it is fairly easy to wheel
it around and maybe even roll it up ramps (with the assistance of a
block and tackle.

You will not be able to lift it on your own unless you are VERY strong.
Better plan on having help.
Also plan on some type of plastic painters sheet to put under it so it
doesn't leak anything on your carpet.
We usually take an old tire (without rim) to put motors on.
And lastly, how would any of us know if you have tiedowns in your suv.
