I would do the clutch and the seals while it is out.

Depending on your miles, you might even want to sleeve the rear main, 
though that doesn't seem such a trivial task... 

And what the heck, the engine is out, put a mild grind cam in it and 
refresh the lifters...

You've already done the hard parts of replacing the cam anyway.

Good time to inspect the rest of the innerards of the engine as well...
