There's available a small wheel with a 1/4" shank that goes into a die
grinder or high speed drill.  Cordless drills run to slow.  It uses
Scotch Brite pads and works like a floor scruber.  They aren't really
expensive.  I've found other uses for it like polishing the top of my
table saw.
