After the cutting, as has been previously described, I used a 3/8" (I think)
threaded rod through the center hole with large washers/nuts and one very
large socket on one side and a smaller one onthe other side.  In this way I
was able to just tighten down on the nuts and the smaller socked forced the
mount out/into the large socket.  I installed the new one in the same
manner.  I did mine with the trans/motor still in the car.
